Information We Collect

  • Account Data: full name, email, phone number, preferred language.
  • Driver Profile: licence/credentials, profile photo, work location, experience, employer reviews and uploaded documents.
  • Usage Data: pages visited, timestamps, device information, performance metrics (to improve the app).
  • Verification Data: results of checks (e.g., licence/ID validity, employer references). Credit checks occur only with the applicant’s consent.
  • Business Interactions: employer–driver messages/actions within the system.

How We Use Information

  • Service delivery: create/run accounts, manage search and messaging.
  • Verification: validate licence/ID/references and generate a clean PDF report for HR.
  • Security & compliance: prevent fraud, protect the platform, and comply with applicable laws.
  • Improvement: analyse usage to enhance speed, usability, and design.
  • Essential communications: security alerts, policy changes, or email/phone verification.

Legal Basis

  • Performance of a contract (e.g., running your account).
  • Legitimate interests (security, improvement, analytics).
  • Your consent (e.g., credit checks, optional marketing).
  • Legal obligations (e.g., retaining certain records).

Sharing of Information

  • Authorised Employers: receive only what is necessary to make a hiring decision.
  • Service Providers: under contract (hosting, analytics, verification) with confidentiality obligations.
  • Law & Safety: where required by law or to protect rights and users.
  • Business Transfers: we’ll notify you if ownership changes occur.

Data Retention

  • We keep personal data as long as needed for the purposes described.
  • Certain records (e.g., transactions/verifications) may be retained to meet legal obligations.

Security

  • SSL/TLS in transit and encryption at rest.
  • Access controls and regular security reviews.

Your Rights

  • Access, correct, or update your information.

Cookies, PWA & Offline Mode

  • We use essential cookies for login and security.
  • The PWA uses a service worker to cache assets/pages for limited offline use.
  • You can disable cookies in your browser; some features may degrade.

  • Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. If collected unintentionally, we will delete such data.

International Transfers

  • Your information may be processed on our servers or by providers outside your country.
  • Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
